It is easy to capture photos of lightning at night. A bit -- well much harder -- to capture photos of lightning during the day. There is a gadget that will help, though.
The Lightning Bug is a small, compact device that fits on the hotshot of your camera. The device senses a lightning strike and trips the shutter on your camera. All you have to do it frame the photo, set the camera, and turn on the Lightning Bug. Then sit back, relax, and let the Lightning Bug take charge.
The Lightning Bug has a sensitivity setting. This is a good thing when you only want to trigger the camera if a bolt of lightning hits a specific area.
Order your Lightning Bug from Hunt's Photo & Video. Current price is $179.
